هذي السياسة متاحة لك قبل جمع أي بيانات، وتوضح كيف تجمع منصة حاكي بياناتك الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي م/19 ولوائحه التنفيذية، وتحت إشراف الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
٠١من نحن
حاكي منصة وكلاء اتصال بالذكاء الاصطناعي تساعد المنشآت على الرد على مكالمات عملائها. نحن «جهة التحكم» بالبيانات التي تقدمها لنا عبر موقعنا، و«جهة معالجة» للبيانات التي تُعالج نيابة عن عملائنا من المنشآت ضمن اتفاقيات الخدمة.
٠٢البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات نموذج التواصل (تُجمع منك مباشرة): رقم الجوال (إلزامي — بدونه ما نقدر ننفذ طلب المكالمة)، واسم المنشأة ومجال النشاط وحجم المكالمات المتوقع ولغة التصفح (اختيارية — تساعدنا نجهز لك عرضًا مناسبًا).
- بيانات الاستخدام (تُجمع تلقائيًا): أحداث تصفح مجهولة الهوية (مثل الوصول لقسم معين أو فتح سؤال شائع) لأغراض تحسين الموقع.
- بيانات الخدمة (لعملائنا من المنشآت): تسجيلات المكالمات ونصوصها وبيانات الحجوزات التي يعالجها حاكي نيابة عن المنشأة، وفق اتفاقية الخدمة المبرمة معها.
٠٣أغراض الجمع والمعالجة
- التواصل معك بخصوص طلبك وتنفيذ المكالمة التجريبية.
- تقديم خدماتنا وتشغيلها وتحسين جودتها.
- إرسال رسائل تسويقية أو توعوية تخص حاكي — فقط بموافقتك المسبقة الصريحة، ونوقفها فور طلبك دون شروط.
- الالتزام بالمتطلبات النظامية المعمول بها في المملكة.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدم مكالمات عملائنا لتدريب نماذج عامة.
٠٤الأساس النظامي للمعالجة
نعالج بياناتك استنادًا إلى: موافقتك الصريحة عند تقديم بياناتك في النموذج، أو المصلحة المشروعة في تشغيل خدماتنا وتحسينها، أو تنفيذ اتفاقية معك أو مع منشأتك، وفق ما يجيزه نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
٠٥مشاركة البيانات
قد نشارك بياناتك — بالقدر اللازم فقط — مع:
- مزودي خدمات يعملون لصالحنا (استضافة، اتصالات، تحليلات) بموجب التزامات تعاقدية بالسرية وحماية البيانات.
- الأنظمة التي يربطها عميل المنشأة بنفسه (مثل التقويم أو إدارة علاقات العملاء أو واتساب) لتنفيذ الخدمة المطلوبة.
- الجهات النظامية عند وجود طلب نظامي ملزم.
٠٦التخزين والاحتفاظ ونقل البيانات
نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق أغراض جمعها أو وفق ما تتطلبه الأنظمة، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية. نوفر خيارات استضافة داخل المملكة للمنشآت التي يتطلبها نشاطها. وأي نقل للبيانات خارج المملكة يتم وفق لائحة نقل البيانات الشخصية خارج المملكة، وبالحد الأدنى اللازم لتحقيق الغرض من النقل، وبما لا يخل بمستوى الحماية الذي يكفله النظام.
٠٧حقوقك
وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، لك الحق في:
- العلم بكيفية جمع بياناتك ومعالجتها.
- طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو الحصول على نسخة منها.
- طلب تصحيح بياناتك أو تحديثها.
- طلب إتلاف بياناتك عند انتهاء الغرض من جمعها.
- سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على مشروعية المعالجة السابقة للسحب.
لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا عبر البيانات في نهاية هذه السياسة، وسنرد على طلبك خلال ٣٠ يومًا (قابلة للتمديد مرة واحدة مع إشعارك بالمبرر وفق اللائحة التنفيذية). ولك أيضًا حق التقدم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) بصفتها الجهة المختصة.
٠٨أمن البيانات
نطبق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية وإدارية مناسبة لحماية البيانات، تشمل تشفير المكالمات والبيانات أثناء النقل والتخزين، وتقييد الوصول على أساس الحاجة، والمراجعة الدورية لإجراءات الأمان. وفي حال وقوع حادثة تمس بياناتك الشخصية، نلتزم بإبلاغ الجهة المختصة وفق المهل النظامية، وإشعارك إذا كانت الحادثة قد تسبب ضررًا لك أو تمس حقوقك.
٠٩ملفات الارتباط والتحليلات
نستخدم تحليلات بسيطة لفهم استخدام الموقع وتحسينه. يمكنك ضبط متصفحك لرفض ملفات الارتباط، وقد يؤثر ذلك على بعض وظائف الموقع.
١٠التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث، وإذا كان التعديل جوهريًا فسنبلغك بوسيلة مناسبة.

This policy is made available to you before any data is collected. It explains how the Haki platform collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by Royal Decree M/19 and its Implementing Regulations, under the supervision of the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
01Who we are
Haki is an AI call-agent platform helping businesses answer their customers' calls. We act as a data controller for information you submit through our website, and a data processor for data handled on behalf of our business customers under service agreements.
02Data we collect
- Contact form data (collected directly from you): your mobile number (mandatory — we cannot perform the demo call without it), plus company name, business field, expected call volume, and browsing language (optional — they help us prepare a suitable offer).
- Usage data (collected automatically): anonymous browsing events (such as reaching a section or opening an FAQ) used to improve the site.
- Service data (for our business customers): call recordings, transcripts, and booking data processed by Haki on the business's behalf, under its service agreement.
03Why we process it
- Contacting you about your request and performing the demo call.
- Providing, operating, and improving our services.
- Sending marketing or awareness messages about Haki — only with your prior explicit consent, and we stop immediately upon your request, unconditionally.
- Meeting legal requirements applicable in the Kingdom.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use our customers' calls to train general-purpose models.
04Legal basis
We process data based on: your explicit consent when submitting the form, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, or the performance of an agreement with you or your business, as permitted under the PDPL.
05Data sharing
We may share data — only to the extent necessary — with:
- Service providers working on our behalf (hosting, telephony, analytics) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Systems the business customer connects itself (such as calendars, CRMs, or WhatsApp) to deliver the requested service.
- Regulatory authorities where there is a binding legal request.
06Storage, retention & transfers
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. In-Kingdom hosting options are available for businesses that require them. Any transfer of data outside the Kingdom is conducted under the Regulations on Personal Data Transfers outside the Kingdom, limited to the minimum necessary to achieve the purpose of the transfer, and without prejudice to the level of protection guaranteed by the PDPL.
07Your rights
Under the PDPL, you have the right to:
- Know how your data is collected and processed.
- Request access to your data or a copy of it.
- Request correction or updating of your data.
- Request destruction of your data once the purpose of collection ends.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy; we will respond within 30 days (extendable once, with justification and notice to you, per the Implementing Regulations). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) as the competent authority.
08Security
We apply appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures, including encryption of calls and data in transit and at rest, need-based access controls, and periodic security reviews. In the event of an incident affecting your personal data, we are committed to notifying the competent authority within the statutory deadlines, and to notifying you where the incident may cause you harm or affect your rights.
09Cookies & analytics
We use lightweight analytics to understand and improve site usage. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; some site functions may be affected.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with its revision date, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
